1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, once a truck has been dispatched to your location, costs are incurred.
- Full Refund: If you cancel your request before a driver has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation Fee: If you cancel after a driver has been dispatched or is already en route, a “Gone on Arrival” (GOA) or dispatch fee will be charged to cover fuel and labor costs.
2. Service Fulfillment
Refunds are generally not issued once the service has been completed. This includes:
- Successfully towing your vehicle to the requested destination.
- Providing roadside assistance (e.g., jump starts, lockouts, or fuel delivery) regardless of whether the vehicle’s mechanical issue was resolved (e.g., if a jump start is performed but the battery is too damaged to hold a charge).
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following scenarios:
- Overcharges: If you were accidentally billed twice or charged the incorrect amount, we will issue a correction immediately.
- Service Failure: If we are unable to complete a service due to equipment failure on our part, a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Arrival Delays: While we strive for speed, traffic and weather can cause delays. Refunds are not typically issued for delays, but we may offer discounts at our discretion for extreme wait times.
